Mothers’ Union is an International Christian charity that seeks to support families worldwide.
Its members are not all mothers or even all women, as there are many parents, men, widows, singles and grandparents involved in its work.
The founder was Mary Sumner in 1876.
The headquarters are located in London UK (www.mothersunion.org).
The focus is to support family life. It is a charitable organisation.
We have members in 84 countries.
They work to serve their communities whilst offering Christian care for families, regardless of faith or background.

MU on Lanzarote have a meeting once a month from October until March.
Next scheduled meetings are: January 12th, with speaker Terry Ewington. 9th February, Prayers at the Chaplaincy Centre and 9th March – AGM.
The meeting takes on various formats. It may be a talk, a trip out or a social event held at the Chaplaincy House & Centre.
